My wife and I went in to get a price on a vehicle and we were pleased with the vehicle and the sales person until we told him we had to leave and that we would get back with him. He then started to go into high grear with the sales pressure tactics and kept trying to push us into making a descision right then. I told him we had to think about the price and that I thought it was high and he then asked me what I thought was a good price and I told him my thoughts to which he then became very sarcastic and immediately shook my hand and my wifes hand and blew us off and proceeded to state our intentions outloud in the office area to whom I can only guess to be the finance manager or the dealer himself as well as everyone else in the building. This person was not just a sales rep but infact the internet sales manager. Very unprofessional and now I will never return to their establishment nor will I recommend anyone else to as well.

We bought 3 KIAs from KIA of Augusta, One 2009 Optima and two 2011 Sorentos. They treat us like family. They tell me when my cars need service and when we get there, we are in and out in no time. Prices are "Good" (no such thing as a free car). We'll be back! My son needs a car, but we'll ge him a used one though :)
