Upon getting an oil change at Kia of Streetsboro, I was left waiting for over an hour as my car sat out front. It took another 20-30 mins to be called to check out. On top of the long wait, my steering wheel was left with residue from the workers and my oil life was not reset. I feel resetting the oil life is a very basic thing when getting a oil change so it's disappointing a dealership would not be considerate of this. More
