I was getting a CEL on my 2016 Kia Forte. I took it in on Feb 19 2025. I was assured that everything would be taken care of under warranty, even the rental car. On the 28th I picked the car up, on the way home the CEL light came back on. Turned around and took it back. Now they want receipts for oil changes, I do basic maintenance myself and kept the purchase records and kept records in the owners manual. (I'm 62 and did machine maintenance for my entire adult life). I wait a few days, call, leave a message, No one returns my call. TWO WEEKS go by like this. I drive to the dealer to find out the service rep had left the company the previous week. NO ONE CALLED ME. I called Kia HQ, they advise me to take the car to another Kia dealer. They start another case, warranty denied. To say the least, I will NEVER own another Kia again. More

On 12/20/24, I purchased a 1 year old vehicle here. Transaction was pretty straightforward. However, you DO NOT get 5 stars from me due to the fact that when I test drove it, it was below E with a warning light. It was almost out of gas. Malik put a paltry quarter tank of gas in my new vehicle. I have NEVER been to a dealership where I've purchased new or used vehicles without them giving me a full tank of gas. I did get 2 free oil changes but since I live in south Akron it is a hike to get to Kia of streetsboro, and they will not let me go to another dealership for those 2 free oil changes, but they expect me to use my gas to drive that far when they couldn't even give me a tank of gas when I bought the vehicle. It may seem like silly complaints to some but with the price of gas and everything else it would have been nice if they would have filled the tank up. SHAME on you, Kia of Streetsboro More
