This is how a dealership should do business!!! We emailed several times before I arrived. The car was ready and waiting. I took my test drive and was asked what did I want to do. My new Ram is awesome. Chris first showed me a white one that I really liked, then took me to their other lot and found a black one. I appreciate him showing me all the ones he had instead of just pushing me on what was quickly available.

I had never delt with Kim's before. I was looking for a certain Dodge Durango and went to my local Dodge dealer. They were not able to locate the truck I wanted. I searched the internet and found a picture of the truck I purchased and fell in love with it. I contacted the dealer through the internet and got a price. I then went back to my local dealer and told them the deal that I had found. They told me that it was a gimick and when I got there to look at the truck the price would change. I printed the offer that Kim's had given me over the internet and drove 72 miles to the dealership. Not only was the truck just what I had been looking for but Mr. Paul Sanchez was GREAT. He worked hard to get me an even better deal. Needless to say, within an hour I had purchased the truck and was on the way home. I WILL BE BACK to purchase my next new ride from Kim's without a doubt.

My recent purchase with Paul and Kay at Kim's truly defined a no hassle experience. I was presented with a more involved and personalized experience opposed to feeling like I was 'just another sale' as when searching at other dealerships. The traditional upselling or aggressive sales tactics were void in my observation where I was presented with my options that fit in my budget and 'wants/needs' list and left to make the decisions on my own. This was my first experience where a dealer had prepared my paperwork for me beforehand making 'sign and drive' not just a good marketing pitch, but also a reality. I would highly recommend Kim's Toyota and will definitely return when my wife is in need of a vehicle.
