My Review of King Toyota:
Trying to get a hold of someone in the service department is nearly impossible. It always goes straight to voice mail and then they never call you back. I went in there to get something looked at while under warranty and they said there was nothing wrong with it. After my warranty is up the part breaks and they say it needed to be replaced. They over charge on everything. They gave me a 800 dollar bill for two hatch supports and a plastic cover for the trunk handle which is crazy. The parts were 450 dollars and labor 350 dollars. Which is completely ridiculous seeing to change the supports is 4 bolts and the handle part is two plastic clips. It would take me less the 20mins to do it myself and I'm not a licensed mechanic. I also found the parts for 150 dollars from a different toyota dealer. I would stay away from getting your car serviced here!!!!

My Review of King Toyota:
I had the best buying experience ever. I was reccommended to the General Manager Ian Burlakoff. He made the whole process quick and easy. I got a great deal. I bought a prius. The last time I bought a car it was awfull.King Toyota and all it's staff was awesome. They treated me with the upmost respect. I will only do business at King Toyota. I get great gas mileage on my car. The service department is also great. In finance the manager was very informative and I got a great extended warranty.

I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly. The deal was awesome. I highly reccomend this dealer.I have also used their service department which was excellent. All the people there treat you with respect.I will buy all my future cars there.

My Review of King Toyota:
The sales rep. Lawrence Caplan sold a new 02 Corolla at $400 over the MSRP in 01, and 02 was the last year model. I was unexperienced new car buyer and this dealership ripped off me a big time. The shock moment is after sign the contract with salesman the finince guy Paul force me to accept 16.5% car loan rate for 3 years.

I WENT TO KING TOYOTA TO BUY A 2004 TOYOTA--I WAS SWITCHED TO A 2002 FORD MUSTANG(21,500) DID NOT RECEIVE TITLE FOR 4 MOS.(KINGS ERROR). TELEPHONED JEFF GAIL (CORP.MNG.) WHO PROMISED TO TRADE EVEN FOR A NEW TOYOTA--ARRANGED MTG. WITH EAN(KING TOYOTA DRFLD BCH) WHO PROMPTLY TOLD ME NO WAY!!! MR GAIL WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND HAS NOT ATTEMPTED TO MAKE ME A SATISFIED CUSTOMER--I PLAN TO MAKE THIS PUBLIC INFORMATION--THIS IS CERTAINLY BAD PRESS FOR KING AND TOYOTA-PLEASE RESPOND ASAP
