Why you ask...Matt was great! He deserved my sale since he didn't waste my time doing the typical car sales routine. I have no problem paying a few extra bucks to someone who treats me with respect and understands that my time is valuable. I walked away from another dealership because they didn't value my warning of how many vehicles I've purchesed and know the routine far too well.

I recommend this dealership to anyone. We worked with Lahela who provided such awesome service. She answered all our questions, went through all the features of the vehicle that we were purchasing, showed us other financiag with Nissan Motor Corporation, and provided exceptional service. Most of all Lahela took the time to come in on her day off to assist us in the purchase of our vehicle. That is just going above and beyond. Lahela at King Windward Nissan was terrific!! She was very knowledgeable about the different models & the services they had to offer. She answered all my questions. Marc was very straight forward and didn't give me the run around about the prices. He didn't waste my time by trying to negotiate with me. I asked what was the best price he can give me and it was the best price compare to other dealerships. He made things simple and since it was my first time purchasing a car, he made it hassle free for me.

Both Marc and Cheryl were very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy. A great car buying experience! Went there one night with my wife to look at a Rogue. Test drove a Rogue and decided it was to cramped. Looked at the Cube and liked it. Came home and researched the Cube and gathered trade in info on my Murano. Went back the next night and drove away in the Cube.

As far as I am concerned, when things go as I expect they should that means it was a good buying experience. No hidden surprises in price and no pressure to add any extra packages. I did nevertheless get two of the extra packages offered. The delivery of the vehicle was as good if no better than expected. Very happy.
