My Review of Kings Plaza Jeep Chrysler:
This dealership is one of the worst in the New York City area. The Department of Consumer Affarais has 497 counts against them making it the 3 worst in NYC. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this when I went to buy a used car that was advertised in the cars magazine issue #5 & 6. This business practices the "Bait & Switch" where I went to buy one car and they did not have it and showed me another one more expensive. They also practice in selling warranties or service contracts that are not needed but assures its' customers that they have the option of cancelling at anytime; which is not true. The worst offense is that the prices they quote, and you agree to, is never quoted on their final sells contract and if the customer dares to correct the price they just tell you it's to late you signed the contract now go home. Please be careful with this dealership.
