My Review of Kingwood Kia:
We bought a Kia spectra here and went in for a service covered by our warrenty and was told that we did not have a warrenty! After several calls to the dealership they basically told us that we had no warrenty and to deal with it, not matter what we said they were no help. We finally called another dealership and told them of the situation and the reasearch the problem and found out it was a paperwork problem told us exactly what we needed to do and had our warrenty reinstated in less than 48 hours. this dealership has no understanding or care for what customer sevice is or means. I say STAY AWAY!

My Review of Kingwood Kia:
I made an agreement with Stephan to have my own personal radio and amp removed from my trade in. To my suprise the dealership sold my car with out removing my radio. The dealership has said that because this was not written on my "we owe slip" that they are not liable. The dealership did not give me any trade in value for these items and has just blown me off. I have made several attempts to speak with anyone who could help me and everyone repeats the same line "let me follow up with this and I will call you right back". It is almost thirty days since the purchase. This dealership proves that most dealers just want your money not your business, and truly do not care what happens after point of sale.
