My Review Of Kipo Suzuki:
Very happy with sales, very unhappy with service. Steve was great. Tim in service treated me as if i was ruining his day, I couldn't get through to him about the problem my car was having (still under warranty which makes me question even more why they wouldn't just do an alignment?) They switched my tires, checked air pressure. after I driven in car with service tech. The service tech had the gall and audacity to ask me if I was in the right or left lane when the car was pulling as if Im stupid, and as if that really makes a difference, Then he proceeded to tell me that it's usually the road and how it crowns in the middle that makes the car go right or left like that. No, I'm telling you there's a problem, I didn't just make it up, the car is pulling to the left, I feel it! I mentioned it to Tim that I felt the car still has the same problem and I could still feel the steering wheel pulling to the left. Tim seem to get very perturbed an upset and brashly said, "Give me the keys", he got in car with me ,& flat out lied to my face thinking I was gullible trying to get me to believe the car was okay even after it was still pulling to the left. He took his hands off the wheel to see if car would drive straight and counted to 5 really fast and said "if you count to 5 like that & it doesn't pull, the car is perfect." As car pulled to the left, he grabbed the wheel really fast and pulled it back real fast and said "your car's fine". I realized I wasn't going to get through to Tim. He seemed very high strung as if I were bothering him. At that point, I just pretended it was fine and left realizing it felt like I was pulling teeth. I was getting nowhere and Tim didn't want anything to do with helping me or fixing my car (under warranty) & tried to convince me my car doesn't have an alignment issue when it still pulls to left. I went there planning on being a customer for life and having a great relationship with my car dealership. Now I'm considering notifying Better Business Bureau today. I just want my wheels aligned so the car stops pulling to the left. I don't think that's too much to ask after spending 10,000 dollars on a vehicle. I hope they see it in their heart to be professional & do the right thing.
