My Review of Kirby Car Company:
This is by far the worst car company out there. They are really pushy. Go anywhere else but here. Rick Kirby and his staff are racist look at BBB reports, they treat you like shit and only care about your money!!!! They tell you one thing and end up doing something else. Bottom line is they don't have ethical value nor standards. They put a fake smile all the time. Also if you still decide to buy a car from them make sure they don't set you up with Reliable Credit, they are much as corrupt as Kirby Car Company.

Do not buy anything from these people the owner is nuts. He called and verbally abused a friend of mine and then said women are good for nothing and everyone that is not in his family is a loser. YES RICK KIRBY himself made these camments. Then he repeatedly called and continued to harass so we turned him in to the BBB.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Listed car with different milage, when I got there the car had 20k more miles than advertised! Dealer insisted that this was still low for the year and that I should buy it, pushy and bossy. This dealer seems to be a fly-by-night SCAM artist praying on the weak and uninformed.

mr. john campbell told me that a truck i was looking at was still for sale on the same day that it was posted on that evening. when he found out the price that was posted by his boss was that low he felt real reserved aboutit, even though i showed real intrest he offered no money down or up front to hold the truck till the bank was open for funding.neverless he said that he would sell it to me for that price,well this morning got my funding and called them a half and hour after the bank was open and they said it was SOLD and that you your to late.the man that i talked to daniel this morning hinted around about bidding higher for the truck and got real uneasy when i confronted him about doing that.When john called me back he acted like he hardly remebered that he talked to me and called me by a different name even though i gave them my number three different times with my name.Just to make it feel like people were calling out the whaazooo.

The weird thing was I decided to see what this car lot rated online for the hell of it, this morning i found a similar story.
im sorry for assuming the person with that story was crazy,
i now know what kind business these people do.

My daughter was lured into a deal that was wonderfull we were so excited the salesman drew up the paperwork they shook on it,I changed the insurance then low and behold the salesmen said the owner says we cant do it!!!!! no warning this might happen or anything. Im so mad that I will be letting everyone know NOTTT to ever use your company. This would have been the second vehicle bought from kirby car co.. needless to say you will lose customers the word is out now!!!!!!
