My Review of Kirby Kia of Ventura:
My husband was looking for a used SUV that is safe and gets good gas mileage because he is in sales and is on the road constantly so puts lots of miles on his vehicles. He was of the mindset to look only at a Honda, Ford or Toyota, but once I convinced him to look at a Kia, he fell in love with the Sorento! He still wanted to compare after looking at it so he test drove many other SUV's but ended up back at Kirby Kia because he definitely wanted the Kia and we were so impressed with the salesperson who helped us when we originally stopped by, Robert Papandrea. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was never pushy, just very professional and friendly. We told him what we were looking for and he went over and above to get us just the vehicle we needed. We originally were looking for a used vehicle but the promotions, pricing and warranty on the new vehicles were so great that we bought a 2012 Sorento and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Kirby Kia and their salesman, Robert Papandrea.

My Review of Kirby Kia of Ventura:
In my sixty years of purchasing cars, I have never been more pleased then I have been with Kirby Auto Group. When I arrived to look at cars, the salesman allowed me to pick out the vehicle that I wanted, no pressure to sell me the first car I looked at. Every phase of my purchase was a pleasure, everyone from sales to service helped me to understand everything I needed to know about my new car before I left the lot.

Any vehilce that I purchase in the future will be from Kirby's. When I took my car in for service, the service manager knew me by name and was very helpful.

My Review of Kirby Kia of Ventura:
Excellent service, jake was respectful and listened to us on a personal level. I believe in local community support and jake made us aware that Kirby Kia was a dealer that for 45 years they have served ventura ca. the brand may have changed oldsmobile, chrysler, jeep etc. but the relationship with there customers has and always will be there first priority. I was taken back by the amount of information and knowledge this young man was able to retain mind you he never left our side he completed the entire deal from the sale to the finance to calling us afterwards to make sure our paint protection appt went well. Also I would like to add, a great deal of my family including my self are veterans so to later find out that this young man is a highly decorated war hero. When I went to the dealer for my first service i walked into the showroom to say hello to him while I waited needless to say he remembered exactly who I was greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I then asked why the story of his incredible service wasn't a bigger part of our original meeting ie, his story. We knew he was a soldier. But his reply was this" I think that evey person man or woman in the military has very few if any moments to prove there level of commitment to country and to there fellow soldier. I don't deserve ribbons or medals no more than any other soldier for what I did I know they would have done the same for me." unquote. Well in closing as long as my family has a need for a vehicle I will be back. It is refreshing in this day and age to find the type of values and selflessness especially at a car dealer, bravo kirby kia you have a true asset.

My Review of Kirby Kia of Ventura:
First, let me say that I spent 3 months researching SUV's in every price range looking for the perfect fit for me. I am a cash buyer and was willing and able to purchase any vehicle in the competitive SUV market. After much contemplation, I decided on the Kia Sorento V6 AWD for a number of reasons: warranty, safety, price point, features and the all important fun factor.

After an exhaustive internet search and numerous visits to local Kia dealerships, I was ready to make a cash purchase but hesitated after repeatedly being told that Kia did not make the Sorento V6 AWD in titanium. This was the color I envisioned and every other color (to me) paled by comparison. The limited choices I was given (white, black, dark cherry and bright silver) were unacceptable compromises that prevented me from completing the purchase. I decided to look a little further from home and was fortunate enough to contact (via e-mail) Paul Reyes at Kirby Kia, Ventura, CA. He had my dream car; titanium and loaded.

From the initial e-mail to the final paperwork, Paul was the consummate professional. I can say unequivocally, Paul Reyes provided my first truly positive car purchasing experience. That is quite an accomplishment as I have purchased many cars over the years and the experience left a lot to be desired. My neighbor and my daughter both love my car and are interested in purchasing a Kia Sorento. I will definitely send them to Paul.

As a side note, I spoke with Paul today and informed him that there is a crease in the hood of my car that I did not notice when I took delivery. It is only perceptible in certain light at a certain angle. Once again, he went the extra mile and assured me that Kirby Kia would take a look at it and do everything they could to correct the defect.

Thank you for the opportunity to send this review. Paul Reyes has single-handedly changed my perception of buying a new car from negative to positive.

In closing, I love my Kia Sorento V6 AWD. I can say without qualification, I could not be happier in an SUV at twice the price point. Thank you for an amazing car.

I e-mailed Kirby Kia with questions about trade in and purchasing a new vehicle. They responded quickly and made an appointment to test drive the cars. Paul Reyes was awesome and accommodated us with just what we wanted.The best buying experience we've had in purchasing a new car. We drove 2 1/2 hrs away and it was well worth the drive.
We love our new Kia Sorento and recommend Kirby Kia as the best dealer.

My Review of Kirby Kia of Ventura:
I looked online for several weeks for a specific vehicle, and I communicated (through e-mail) with quite a few dealers on similar vehicles. Paul was very responsive and professional in his response to my questions, and made us a clear and fair offer on our trade in.

Ventura is about a 2 1/2 hour drive (on a good day), and after e-mailing back and forth for a couple days, we decided to make the drive. I spoke with Paul on the phone early Sunday morning, and he "held" the truck for us until we got there. It was exactly what was represented in the online ad and what we were looking for, so we decided to purchase the truck.

Paul was very courteous and the "deal" was completed pretty quickly I thought, as these deals go. Great experience, and I would definetly recommend this dealership to others. I think the internet is re-defining the sales experience for auto dealerships, and Kirby Kia and Paul do a great job!

The most hassle-free car buying experience I have ever had! No hidden costs or haggling. I actually got to see the computer screen where all the numbers were laid out in black and white. Staff was all helpful and friendly without being pushy. I had a great experience and really love my new car!
