Overall, my experience was great! The service folks were friendly and professional. This was the first service appointment for my new Ranger. The waiting room was set up nice and spread out for the pandemic friendly and professional. This was the first service appointment for my new Ranger. The waiting room was set up nice and spread out for the pandemic. One issue I had that was unrelated to service was that there were a few office employees walking through the waiting area not wearing masks during the hour I was there. They do have a written commitment stating that “Face coverings are required to be worn by all employees unless they are working alone in an assigned work area.” This commitment should be enforced. I still give service a 5 star rating because they were doing a great job of fulfilling their commitments. More
