My Review of Klein Chevrolet Buick Pontiac:
This dealership if focused on customer satisfaction ------- mine was exceeded!! They take the time to fully understand what you are looking for, then obtaining the answers you need. Follow up is the best I have had with a new car sale ----- all concers were addressed.

Their Service Dept. has always been a large asset to the dealership and customer. Over night parts are always provided when time is a issue.

My Review of Klein Chevrolet Buick Pontiac:
Jim & Chris in the Service Department did an excelent job. I signed up for a new option with OnStar that will let me know when it's time for an oil change. I got an email from Klein's right on schedule informing me of the service work needed. I made an appointment and had my truck back with 24 hours of getting the email. It was fast and easy. The Service manager also let me know it was time to rotate my tires and took care of that for me as well.
