My Review of Kocourek Imports:
WOW!!!! went in to have a squeel in car looked at and found it was a brake shield squeeking. BUT!! I also should have over $900.00 of additional work done. like Brake Fluid flush, Powersteering fluid flush, things like that. First they overcharged my wife when she bought the car now this. Plus, at their chevy dealership they told me interest rate doesnt matter when wanted to get car, another time chevy said they had 0% interest for 5 years (I called GM and checked). I then called them back and said was told by GM and they said they will not give it to me. Great Dealership!

I apologize your experience with the Kocourek group has been less than positive. Our goal is always to exceed our guest’s expectations. Clearly, that was not the case here. In order to address your concerns directly, I will need the specifics for each instance you are referring to. Information such as dates and the names of the Kocourek team members you had worked with.

I can however address your comments generally. Our service advisors are required to point out any service or maintenance necessary to keep your vehicle running at optimum performance. You however are not required to follow their recommendations. As for your financing concerns; we are required to keep all documentation and can very easily address any questions or concerns provided we know the date of purchase and the names of the buyer(s). My Review of Kocourek Imports:
From my first call to Lance until I drove off the lot with our new Jetta, everything was a very good experience. I never felt pressured and was very happy that I was able to just give my price range and vehicle information and you were able to come back to me with options that were realistic. They were able to find the care we wanted finalize the deal in less than a week and there were no surprises at closing time. They were very thorough when it came to explaining everything from the lease to the functions on the car.
Since the car is for my wife, I really wish she could have been there to meet the Kocourek family and experience the same helpful and friendly atmosphere that I did. I look forward to the 90 day check up so I can get her up there to meet everyone.
Be assured that because of the pleasurable experience that Kocourek will be at the top of the list the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

My whole experience at Kocourek Imports was better than EXCELLENT. Everyone was extremely helpful and exceptionally kind. I had the pleasure of dealing with Warren Kaye, who assisted me in finding the perfect vehicle, with everything I was looking for and I never felt pressured. Warren knows his product inside and out. He easily answered all of my questions and offered many options. He also took as much time as I needed to understand everything about the vehicle I chose. Mike Walik helped me understand the financial options available to me, again, never making me feel pressured to make an on-the-spot decision. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Greg Jirschele who very kindly, professionally and patiently explained all of paperwork, financial choices and protection that was available to me, again never making me feel pressured. Taking as much time as I needed to understand, easily and patiently answering all of my questions. This being my first NEW vehicle, I had much to absorb and decide. I really appreciated his perfectionism and efficiency. I especially appreciated that all of the paperwork I received with my beautifully presented new vehicle, was all perfectly and evenly folded to fit perfectly in the envelope that will remain in my glove compartment, for the life of my vehicle. There to forever remind me of the EXCEPTIONAL experience I had with the Kocourek Imports team. I highly recommend them and have no doubt you will have the same exceptional experience as I did when you visit. Thanks guys!

My Review of Kocourek Imports:
The dealership itself looks very cool and steely but that is the exact opposite of the people inside. The moment I walked toward the doors someone came and opened them for me. I was usherd inside and immediately Warren came to help me. He offered me a cold beverage and was very helpful and informative. I had a car in mind and he made sure that it was actually the car I wanted. He let me test-drive it twice and answered all my questions.
When it came to finally purchasing the car Greg was very helpful and explained all of the documents I was signing so I didn't feel as if I was signing my life away.
I would definitely reccomend Kocourek to all my friends!

My Review of Kocourek Imports:
We came to "just" look at the Jetta. Impressed with the vehicle we talked with Lance and Greg. The deal they offered was one we could not pass up. We were treated like old friends and left feeling we made a good choice. When I returned to pick up my Sportwagon I was greeted like family. Everyone I met remembered my name. During the the tour of the facility, the tutoring course on my new car, and processing the paper work I was treated with respect, which does not happen often when a woman enters a dealership or service facility. I have to say the whole experience (about 8 hours over 2 days) was awesome. I would recommend Lance, Greg and everyone at Kocourek to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Great Job guys!!

The salespeople were very informative of the vehicle and also went out of there way to find the vehicle in the color and options we were looking for. Working with Grag on financing also went all so smooth. Made our car buying experience wonderful would not hestitate to buy from them again.

The guys were very professional and very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE who is interested in a new or used vehicle. They have a nice selection of cars to choose from! I found my '08 Maxima in, literally minutes! Steve and Greg were the best. This was the 2nd time we have bought a car from them and would do it again in a heartbeat.

My Review of Kocourek Imports:
I recently purschased a new Nissan Pathfinder from this dealer. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Kocurek - and I live three hours away! Adam Byers is the reason I chose to make the trek once again to Wausau, even though there is a Nissan dealership two minutes from me. I had contacted Adam several months prior to purchasing and he diligently emailed me with different SUV's that arrived on the lot. Adam went the extra mile to make a brand new SUV fit within my budget. Greg was also excellent and entertaining, making the experience that much more relaxed and fun . They deliver excellent customer service and outstanding professionalism and they truly value their customers. I highly recommend this dealer and would purchase from them again! Thanks Adam and Greg!
