My Review of Koeppel Mazda Hyundai:
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We purchased a vehicle earlier this year only to discover all that was promised to us was a scam. They tried to promote a refinancing plan and played with magical numbers. We spent the entire day there being bumped around from one con artist to the next. They sold us an extended warrant that was "required" for the financing although we found out later it was not. The financing manager was fired and the owner thinks that he doesn't need to take any responsibility for all the customers that were screwed in the process. In the end, all he wants to fatten his own wallet and cheat unsuspecting customers. Never in my life will I ever purchase a car from this dealership and whenever I get a chance I pass this information along.

My Review of Koeppel Mazda Hyundai:
I have dealt with them on numerous occasion because of service issue. It seems that in most cases, sole object of this dealership is to cheat their customer into paying for service even if it is already covered by warranty. In my recent visit, service manager/associate tried to charge for services that is already covered by warranty. Only after I called headquarter while I was with the associate, they informed me that it was their "honest mistake".
What a bunch of crooks!
Not only will I not visit this dealer for service, I ask all not to purchase vehicle from this dealership before they do damage to your health...mental health.
