definitely watch out, don't trust anything sammy tells you as he will lie to you with a straight face. The other guys seem to be friendly and couple of them seem genuinly interested to help.
If you end up talking to the finance guy make him provide you with numbers and explain what your package includes and what is the price for each. if you don't ask he won't tell you.

My Review of Koeppel Volkswagen%2C Inc.:
Trying to have child saftey seat anchors installed per authorized from VW America. After they tried to deny it could be done, VW Amer. called them directly. Lionell stated to them that they would not do the work. Then not knowing he was on speakerphone with me, he said out loud they wouldn't do the work even though they agreed to do it with VW. They finally "agreed" and ordered the parts. I called 2 wks later, then another wk later..was told to stop calling, they would call me. 5 months later, I call 3 times in one day..they miraculously say the parts are now in. I bring my car in today was literally the 2nd one there at 6:15 waiting for them to open at 7AM..they call at 5PM to say they didn't start the work..they were backed up. Ridiculous..and the best part is that every person has such a poor attitude. Absolutely terrible.
