DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! Beware, they will rip you off blind! Just got a car from them, and made the biggest mistake of my life. They are pretend to accommodate you until the deal is sealed, only then do you realize that they've added tons of costs hidden in "fees, registration, taxes, etc."On top of ripping you off they are extremely rude and nasty people. Someone should give this dealership a "make-over" and teach them how to make a sale the honest way.

This dealership must have the worst attitude of any I've ever been in. While unwilling to deal in any way (unlike some other area dealers), they also made an insultingly lowball offer on my trade-in. Avoid these folks like the plague!

My Review of Koeppel:
This dealership went so far as signing a contract with me, taking a deposit from me, and failed to prep the car, and deliver the car-because they refuse to honor the bottom-line price we had both agreed upon. Therefore, they breached the contract, and simply told me they would not sell me the car. I would never recommend Koeppel due to the manner in which this was handled. The sales managers, Joey Impellizieri and Adam Schantz were rude, never returned my calls, and were unprofessional throughout the entire process. They failed to have the car prepped-after having it in their possession for over 8 days. I would stay away from Koeppel.
