My salesman " Ross " handed me off to "Kirsten" who was rude and clueless. Lana handled the transaction, issued me temporary Wisconsin License Tag, and sent me on my way. Three months later my temporary tags expire. I contact Wisconsin Dmv, and they tell me they have no title or application, call Kolar Toyota. It took several calls until Pat acknowledged that the vehicle was previously titled in Washington State, and the title was lost. I called the Washington State DMV and asked if a title had been applied for. It had not been. This was a certified used Toyota Tundra from a Toyota dealer with a clean Carfax. I am unable to drive this Truck until Kolar Toyota gets a title from Washington State. This can take 3 to 12 weeks. Kolar Toyota does not care about customers and I would never deal with them or refer them to anyone.

Bought a used vehicle and 4wd went out within a month or two. Kristin was a terrible sales person and I should have not bought from her, as she seemed anxious to just get back to the dealer when I test drove the vehicle. She also, downplayed all of my concerns and was ridiculous. I would highly suggest going to Kari instead, Kolar does not care to keep customers that could become life long. I will never buy a car from there, and every time I drive by, I consider driving into the lot and chatting with potential customers. You know, they didn't even give me a full gas tank. Let alone the thousands of dollars of Driveline work I am still having issues with.

You screwed me Kolar, so look out, I will make sure you lose as much money as I have unless you man up and deal with the problem.
