After seeing a car I was interested in on your website I telephoned the dealership and was connected to Marty. He told me he would check on the car and call me back. When I arrived in the showroom we talked about the car and took it for a test drive. I liked it immediately and told him I was interested in purchasing it. Then my trade-in was evaluated and a value was determined. Marty handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I returned later in the afternoon to pick up the car and I then met with Pao. He also handled his end of the transaction in a very professional manner.
