Appreciate your reply but your continued “bad service” continues. I have called and left a voicemail 2 times in the past 4 weeks to Peter based on your reply for a chance to make things right. Well,’still no call back!! Your horrendous service and lack of communication continues. Many other quality dealers to take my purchase and service business to. Koons just does not care for their customers!
