More and more you see so many companies where customer service is lacking. But I can honestly say that Koons Toyota in Annapolis still believes in it.
We just purchased a new 4Runner and had some extras added. When we dropped the vehicle off to get them put on, we expected it to be done within a day. 3 days later, and after several calls and delays the service dept. said it was finally ready, only to find out when we arrived to pick it up, that it was not completed.
I spoke with the General Sales Mgr. Suheil Katan to explain my dissatisfaction. He immediately took care of the situation and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care.
Thank you Mr. Katan for keeping customer service a priority.

We needed a car for my physically disabled son to drive after it became too hard for him to drive his Scion stick shift. In addition to great service on the Scion (thanks Kevin Biggam), so we could pass it along, Rich Gallena, found us a used car we weren't even looking for... but we are grateful it was available: comfortable fit for my son, in pristine condition and a great price. Rich assisted us over several days, was not pushy and was very thorough on addressing our specifications.

It was our first time at Koons of Annapolis, what a wonderful experience! We purchased a Prius Prime for our daughter celebrating her college graduation. Henry Reynolds was our product specialist, he was great to work with, very knowledgeable & patient as she made her decision. Latoya Gardner was wonderful to work with from the financial aspect! Everyone there was very friendly.
