"From sales, paperwork to service Koons Toyota 5 Stars. "
In my search for a used Tacoma for my son, I relied solely on online resources. I inquired with many sales reps with inquires about Tacomas listed on the dealships sites. This exposed me to a broad range of salesman. Some good and others well... not so much. My approach was simple; I am looking for a used Tacoma for my son with these attributes and this price range. The search was daunting and at times very frustrating. One correspondence stood out from the rest. This was my emails with Todd Hardeman. Todd not only helped me with price and additional information about a truck he was selling, he also provided unbiased feedback on other trucks I was considering. One would expect a salesman to put down the competition and hype their own product. This was not the case with Todd. He was honest and helpful with his opinion on his offering and the other Tacomas I was considering. Todd expressed a genuine interest in helping me find the right Tacoma. It was this kind of honesty that (along with a solid deal on a solid truck) sold me on making my purchase at Koons Toyota. - Very helpful & honest
It's one thing to make a sale, it's another thing to follow through. Upon taking ownership, I discovered a heating problem. The heat exchange was not working and the heather would not produce heat. I was rightfully upset and dreaded the thoughts of having to take the truck into the dealship and bed for service! This was not a problem at all as Todd made sure that the issue was identified and repaired promptly. He assumed the resposabliy of making sure the issue was fix and returned to me in less than 24 hours. It you are considering buying a used car from Koons Toyota, I would reach out to Todd. He will take care of you from the beginning to the end. - Excellent!
I would be remiss is I did not mention Latoya Gardner who got me in and out of the paperwork process without any problem at all. My son was not present to sign the paperwork; however, that was not a problem for Latoya. The next day, the paperwork was FedExed to my son with everything highlighted and prepaid labeled FedEx envelop to send back. - Fast and professional.
Lastly the Preowned sales manager Dennis Weaver was quietly making sure that the heater issue was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Once the truck was repaired, he personally called me to notify me that the truck was ready. He also personally returned the keys and offered his regret of the inconvenience caused by the heater issue. - Class act

"Dealer With The Mostest"
I have been dealing with this dealership since 1989 we have had our ups and our downs but it has been at no fault of theirs. They go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. Every repair and there have been a few has been point on, I haven't had to take anything back to have redone. There service techs must be very good to keep this type of service record. One night late the service manager drove me home because their drivers where all gone.
This is the dealership you want to deal with friendly, helpful and kind and it's not all about money. Tia Butler is one of the best assistant service managers I have ever dealt with personnel, experienced and a true asset to this organization and if I could give her 10 stars I would.
