Called in to the dealership and asked our sales person Tanner how long the process would take, and he said if everything went smoothly he would get us in and out within 2 hours or so. Of course, having bought a vehicle before, I did not believe him. So, upon arrival I actually started a timer on my phone! Tanner was efficient and quick, while also taking time to explain the process and make it personable. We were in and out within 2 hours and 9 minutes, which is longer than he initially stated BUT we are very happy with this as we have been at dealerships for 6 hours before! Highly recommend More
