My Review of Koons Ford:
I went in to purchase a new Mach1. The salesman I was working with was new and so there was a manager that was helping him. The manager gave me a quote then I test-drove the car. When I came back, I told the salesman I needed to discuss it with my wife. The first manager that was helping wasn't available, so the salesman had me talk to another manager. I told him I needed to discuss things at home and he asked if I would be back the next day to purchase. I said maybe and he gave me a sheet with the price they quoted me and said they hoped to see me the next day. The next day I came in prepared to purchase the car at the price quoted to me the previous day. The original manager was very rude and said if I wanted the car, the price was $500 more than the price he quoted the day before. There were no rebates that expired or any changes to anything, he just said he gave me a good price the previous day and I should have purchased it then. I have never experienced such a horrible experience when trying to purchase a new car. The manager was rude and obviously did not want my business even at the price he quoted. I did not/will not buy a car from this dealership as a result of my encounter with the rude and unscrupulous manager.

Eevery time I go there to have my truck worked on the mechanics cant<br> be trusted because they NEVER perform all of the tasks the coupon<br> calls for. and in the past , they have stolen from me scratched<br> my truck, left grease on it &amp; in it, also charge me for shop supplies and cant tell me what that means &amp; its usually $20+ dollars .On occasion a asst manager puts me off with some line,that he could&quot;nt possibly know about unless he's talked to the mngr.<br> Bottom line, Im not thrilled about bringing my truck to<br>sterling FORD &amp; Iwill not purchase another ford at STERLING FORD Yours truly<br> Edward W.
