My Review of Koons of Westminster, Inc:
Of all the Toyota dealers in the Washington metropolitan area, Koons of Westminster had the best price on a new Camry. One with the specifications I wanted was not available, so I ordered a car. Forewarned that Toyota may take 3 months to deliver, because they do not interrupt the production line for special orders, I was ready to wait, anticipating my car to arrive in late February/early March. The manager was able to switch a scheduled production car for my special order, and it arrived in mid-January--record time.
Because I live 45-60 miles away, depending on route, Koons delivered my car to my door at no extra charge, at a scheduled time, with a full tank of gas. Additionally, they had gone to MVA for me, and regular license plates (not temporary tags) were on the car. A thorough rundown of the car's features and demonstrations of how to work them was much-appreciated, as this is my first Toyota. Staff was friendly and helpful each step of the way.
When I later had concerns about the smart key and possible interference with a friend's pacemaker/defibrillator, they provided me with the technical information so my friend could contact the manufacturer of her device and make sure there would be no interference from the smart key system. They have been quickly and accurately responsive both to telephone and e-mail contact.
I recommend this dealership.
