Bullies and bullcrap Stay away from Korum. If a Tom Horne or Mike Zolman come walking your way, run. Went there looking for a truck, went to see Tom but got pawned off on Stay away from Korum. Mike was extremely pushy, rude and nearly offensive in how much a stereotype he was. They would not work with us, deal or even hear what we had to say. The truck I wanted had damage done on the lot and at first there was a real interest in fixing it, until the deal got closer to being done. Mike then quickly tosses out, "this price, done, deal, and we are refusing to fix the damage." What!? Eventually my fiancee was emotionally done and after Mike basically made her start crying, we had to walk away from what was essentially my perfect truck. Now people get screwed by salesmen all the time, but my whole family had bought from Korum, over 20 cars or trucks bought from Korum, it's the only place we go. After this experience I talked with several members of my family who all agreed we got wronged big time. Korum lost the business of my whole family forever. Contacted customer support, the line does not work, contacted the manager, no response. I have bought from Korum before but after this, never again. Tom and Mike or horrible people and Mike should be ashamed for making a woman cry. Adding to what was ignored. The damage done to the truck and the flat ouy rude refusal to fix it or drop price because of the damage. The damage was done on your lot, you have a responsibility to fix said damage. There was no guarantee from a certified mechanic to say the damage was not worse then it appeared. It could have cost me thousands to fix the damage. So why was the price 35thousand? Based on the damage alone, the price was very unrealistic. If you sell this truck to anyone without fixing it or checking it then you are con-artist. Stay away from Korum, they rip longtime family customers off with hopes you wont see damage that could lead to thousands of dollars worth or repairs. Oh and the manager who called did not care what I had to say about the damage on the truck, only cared about how he looked and what the review of him was going to be. Korum likes to make women cry. This is our second car from Korum Ford in 2.5 yrs. and our family will never buy from anyone other than Korum Ford ever!! 1st off lets talk about our salesman Mike Zoleman! This guy is an absolute Rock Star!! When I bought my truck 2 yrs. Ago it was the most amazing purchasing experience I've ever had, the only thing easier is Amazon lol. Mike is a no non-sense guy. He let's you know everything right outta the gate, there is no misleading information and no beating around the bush. Best of all there is no feeling of pressure when you're working with Mike. That was no different this time around with the purchase of my wifes explorer. As a matter of fact Mike went above and beyond for us this time. We live in lynnwood, so a bit of trek to Puyallup. We found the car on their website and I called to speak to Mike. Unfortunately he was scheduled off for the next 2 days so I shot him an email. He called me back not an hour or so later from his house, on his day off and worked with me throughout the day via email. By the next day which was another day off he had us all approved, had everything worked up and met is at the dealership about 6pm. When we arrived the explorer was sitting outside the door brite and shiny clean and all ready for our approval. I don't care who you are that's commitment... one helluva salesman! We also found out that our trade in ( that we bought a few years earlier from another dealer that we won't mention but if you ask we'd steer you well clear of) come to find out through mikes research this car had been in 1 or 2 major accidents with major frame damage etc. Which this other dealer never told us about of course. He's pulled up the carfax for us on both cars we've bought from them and Korum Ford's inventory is quality, they'd much rather have a quality product than passing on someone else's problem to you just to make a buck. We love this dealership, their integrity and morals. The values that Korum shows are above all others in a business where most other dealers are shisty and cut throat. When you buy from Korum you can buy with confidence in knowing that they're not there to bend you over. They're there to make sure when you leave you feel amazing about the experience, and you're leaving with a quality vehicle that you're proud to be in and not something that's a pile of crap under the surface! We can't thank you enough Korum and there is no thanks big enough for Mike Zoleman!!! We'll see you again and don't be surprised when people show up and tell you we sent em!
