When I came to discover the car was not equipted as I thought, the dealership I bought a new Ford Edge at Korum. It had everything, or so I thought. They made this unusual situation relatively painless and provided me with what a felt was a fair resolution. They did not need to help me with the car, as a deal is a deal and I should have known. They failed miserably both times. 2 years ago on my wife’s Mustang went in with pre approval and they talked them selfs out of the car I wanted. Bought at Lakewood Ford instead. Then just a few days ago. Wanted to purchase a F-150. Caleb the sales guy was great. Introduced my to the truck I wanted. Told him to right it up I would be back cause it was late. The next day, sales manager Mike or Steve told me he couldn’t get me in that truck blah blah and tried to sell me on a older model. I laughed then drove to Sunset Ford. Better Deal, more for my trade in and got me a lower interest rate. Twice you have lost my business. Maybe let Service Dept run the show cause sales manager knows nothing on customer service! More

We discussed what typ I have purchased 11 new vehicles since 1955. Saturday I had an appointment with Tom Horne of Korum Ford in Puyallup, Washington. We discussed what type of vehicle I was interested in. Mainly a 2017 edge Red in color with Michelin tires. He stated he had exactly what I wanted and guided me to the vehicle on his lot. The asked if I would like to drive it after I looked it over thoroughly and we went for a test drive over various types roads to see the handling characteristics, Power etc. I was impressed with the turbo engine and we sat down in his sales area to formulate a deal. It didn't take too long to come up with an agreeable Price for the new one as well as my trade-in. I met the sales manager call my finance manager and was very impressed with them also. All in all this was the smoothest trade I have made in my life. I can only rate everyone involved as excellent! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Korum. Absolutely no high pressure tactics involved at this dealership like you find many places. Just good old hometown type sales. I certainly appreciate the way I was treated and will continue to do business with Korum Ford. More
