I am pretty much devasted and disgusted by my car buying experience at Kunes (Monmouth). It was the first car I ever bought on my own. I didnt have a lot of money for down-payment. I don't understand how th experience at Kunes (Monmouth). It was the first car I ever bought on my own. I didnt have a lot of money for down-payment. I don't understand how they can sell a car that is unsafe and unreliable, and is falling apart in the parking lot. I wish I never would have walked in there. My trade in was in much better condition than the car they sold me. I think they should cancel my contract and give the bank their money back. I have only driven that car 1 time. It's a piece of junk. I think they look for poor, women, who don't know much about cars, to take advantage of. I will never walk in there again. I also will tell everyone I know about their shifty business practices. More

Jim Trent got my wife's van in and out in under 2 days putting a new transmission in it. And let me tell you that thing runs amazing now! Very fast and great service.
