Joe was great! He was very helpful. I really don't like pressure in buying a vehicle. Joe was very easy to deal with. He went out of his way to answer my many questions. Of the three cars I have purchased in the last 3 years from 3 different dealerships, this was the best experience.

My Review of Kunes Country Chevrolet Cadillac :
In the market for another vehicle to replaced our oldest vehicle we were referred to Kunes Chevrolet and Brian Krakofsky by a mutual acquaintance. I have to admit that car shopping rates right up there with having my finger nails yanked out, but after having met Brian and Sales Manager Tina Schlitt my wife and I felt more like friends than customers. Having walked in with the intention of purchasing a newer used vehicle, Brian and Tina worked together flawlessly to secure us a sweet deal on a brand new car. Unfamiliar with the specifics of leasing rather than buying we realized that leasing a brand new vehicle fit our mindset, and more importantly, our pocketbook and placed us in a position to take the driver's seat of a brand new automobile, with a few 'bells and whistles' for as much, or less, than buying a used car, with unknown and inherent problems, would have cost us in additional to the protective vehicle coverage that leasing provides.
During the encounter Brian and I realized we shared a common birthday and to be perfectly honest, I felt so comfortable that Brian and I may just go out to have a beer together and celebrate the day next month.
Thank you Brian and Tina for making our visit to your facility a lot less stressful than we'd expected and helping us to leave as happy, satisfied customers - the owners of a new, fuel efficient and reliable vehicle.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with a smile and a handshake.
Shane listened to what I was looking for and Matt immediately found a car that would work for me. They even stayed late to hope to get my financing done so I didn't have to come back the next day to finish up. Everyone was extremely polite and made me feel like I was their most important customer. I left feeling they all had my best interest at heart. It was a very pleasant car buying experience.
