I went to Kuni Westside Infiniti looking to lease a G37x, but I left unable to negotiate a price to my liking. On my way home, I got into an accident in the vehicle I was planning to trade. The damage was minor, but was definitely going to take some time in a repair shop. I returned to the dealership and they took it in stride and said they would help me work through repairs. I am likely to improve my offer if they live up to their promises. I hope to soon be driving my new G37x. I will update this review once this deal completes, for better or worse.

I have never reviewed a dealership and I've purchased/leased my fair share of automobiles. If Kuni comes through, they deserve a great review. Right now they're just another dealer with just another salesman. I will however remain hopeful....

Sales:
Ok, with my past experience with Kuni, so I decided to trade-in for something newer car. Right after detail work, noticed some paint scratches on the left side of the front bumper, Joe M acknowledged and promised to take care of the paint as soon as the paint guy is available. Scheduled an appointment to take care of this. There is some good in people, I guess.

Sales Manager (New Car):
I had a bad start with car sales manager Jeff M. We all know that these guys play with the numbers, that is the bottomline. Well, he could have manipulated the system to even lower my payments and stay within 72 monthly terms. Somehow, math did not work, but I had to accept one more year in addition to 72 months. Jeff M did give me an option of Lease, the payments are still higher than what I am currently paying. It was late night, overall, friendly experience with Jeff M, as well.

Finance:
While I am waiting on Registration papers, I hope there are no more surprises with the Car and the payments. Tori M stayed late in the evening to seal the deal, paper work, mainly. Good work there.

My husband and I bought a pre owned Buick from this dealership but sadly had to return it the next day when we discovered that they had failed to disclose to us that the vehicle had been in an accident. We were very disappointed that a dealership claiming high standards and offering high end vehicles would fail to be upfront with us as to the complete history of this vehicle. The car buying experience is time consuming and can be quite stressful so to go through all of that paper work and get excited about owning a fun, new (to us) vehicle only to discover that we were deceived was quite maddening! Not to mention driving 45 minutes back up north to return it on a beautiful Sunday afternoon that should have been spent with our family! Of course the GM, Andrew once he discovered what had occurred, was sincerely apologetic that we had to experience this and assured us that this situation was very unusual. He went out of his way to be very helpful and try to make up for our lost time and disappointing situation.

Really enjoyable and friendly staff, extremely nice/luxerious building. As with all car deals there was some heavy price negotiation but all ended well, Christina Cho is a very good saleswoman if you head down to this dealership try to work with her she is very friendly and enjoyable to work with. In total my experience was good and left happy with my decision.

Was in the market for an Infiniti FX. Remembered Kuni's tv commercials and stopped by, Worked with Jeff who understands the meaning of customer service. Everyone was friendly always willing to help in anyway even if it wasn't their department. Felt like a family business rather then receiving the "business". The entire staff from the owner Andrew on down made the buying experience a wonderful experience. We purchased a 2011 FX35 so impressed that I returned the next night and bought a 2011 G37X Coupe. That's how well the price point was for us!

Each vehicle was cleaned and a full tank of gas along with explanation of how the car operated from the navigation to programing the key fob.

My husband and I worked with the Staff At Kuni Infinity for 5 days, they tirelessy helped us find the very best option for our family based on our needs. There was no pressure and no attitudes - we recommend this dealer to anyone buying a car. We drove in the snow today in our beautiful Infinity and had no trouble getting up the hills of Lynnwood as we passed other cars. Additinally, I know we can call them at anytime if we have questions.

I bought a new 2011 Infiniti G37 one month ago at this dealership. My first visit involved checking out their used car inventory. Christina Cho was very helpful and patient with my wife & me as we test drove several models. We didn't buy that day, but made the decision later to buy a new G. We went back to Christina after checking models in Tacoma & Kirkland. As it turned out, the loaded G with the features & color that I wanted was on their showroom floor. Bought it & haven't regretted it. Christina was the best!

I called first to see if they had one of the XF35 that I was looking at on the website, and Marcus picked up the phone and said yes we do,so Jim & I when in to look at the used Infiniti's XF35's, and when we first walked in they made us feel right at home asking us if we would like something to drink,while we waited for Marcus we test drove two XF35's and Marcus made us feel right at home and took very good care of us, we end up buying a 2008 Infiniti XF35. Terry & Shannon also took very good care of us every one was so nice it is nice to walk into a place of business and be treated to will.

The service we received from the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent. Everyone in the dealership including the owner acknowledged us and made sure our needs were being met. My husband and I were lucky enough to have our car serviced on the same day the owner was having an employee appreciation bbq for which we were invited to join. We had delicious hotdogs/hamburgers and if that wasn't enough we also walked away with some fabulous door prizes. It was easy to see that everyone who works there takes pride in their work and they show it to every customer that walks in their door. We live out of town and could drive to any dealership to have our car serviced but since Kuni far exceeded our expectations and continues to do so there is no way would would ever go anywhere else.
