My Review of L & B Dodge-Chrysler:
I am receiving my second fleet car through this dealership, and found out my car arrived last Friday. I spoke with Heather, and was told "I will not have it ready untill next week, she has to take care of paying customers first." I then called back and reported this to the Sales manager, who said Hheather is the best they have and he can't hardly believe her saying that. They so forget so quickly that I get full maintenace on the car every 5000 miles, as well as several other service visits since I drive close to 50K miles a year. My personal deals and all future company deals will go somewhere else.

My Review of L & B Dodge-Chrysler:
Went to three dealers looking for a new PT cruiser convertible. County Chrysler in Hamburg, Scott Chrysler in Emmaus and L &amp; B in Robessonia, all within 30 mil3es of each other. L &amp; b is the only dealer that had an extra sticker on the car for $933 called merchandise value added. When I asked why the salesman told me it was because the sticker prices on the same car for the same options varies from region to region. I don't believe this is true, and if it is true I am sure it does not apply to a radius of 30 miles. In other words within three minutes of being at the dealer the salesman was lying to me.
