When I called LaFlam I was very surprised how helpful the internet department. They answered all of my questions and were extremely friendly. When I finally met Stephan he was also very nice and the price was very reasonable. My overrall experience was great. LaFlam is very friendly and didn't push me to do something I didn't want to do. They really worked with me when it came to financing and making sure everything was perfect. I would definitly recommend this dealership!

Excellent dealership, very easy going. Bought my car through the Internet Department and they were great! Provided me with all the info I needed to shop then beat every other dealer's price plus they gave me a package with trips and discounts for free!
I highly recommend them - use their Internet site to contact them, it will make life easy for you!

My Review of LaFlam Chrysler:
Horrible experience. Worked through their "internet sales department" - told that the car I was interested in would be "waiting at the door" for test drive. Turns out they didn't even have the car that I discussed with "internet sales". Then waited over an hour while they juggled cars in their tiny lot to find one that was close to what I wanted. They wanted to "jerry-rig" a nav system into the car so that it would be what I wanted.

I was already getting hesitant, but what sealed the "no-deal" was a totally low-ball offer on my trade. I'd been shopping for some time, and I new what my trade was worth. They made an absolutely ridiculous offer. When I tried to negotiate, the owner was brought in and told me that I was lucky to get even that high an offer from him. At that point, I simply walked out.

Went to another dealer the next morning, found the PERFECT car that matched my needs, and got $3,000 more for my trade!!!

Moral of the story: LaFlam Chrysler should be AVOIDED!!
