My Review of LaFontaine Auto :
Richard was very easy to discuss my vehicle needs with. Knew the stock instantly w/o a lot of searching or asking. Helped me find what I needed and saved me time running around town. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Lafontaine. I seem to drift back each time I need something due to price, service and customer focus.

I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU TO VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. (In hartland or Dearborn) They are head and shoulders over the rest of the pack!

My Review of LaFontaine Auto :
I've been buying cars for 30 years and bought this time from Lafontaine. I will never go anywhere else! Richard got me qualified to purchase a vehicle which I thought would be an impossible task. He not only got me into a vehicle, he got me into a beautiful 2009 vehicle. He was friendly, outgoing, and not a "nuisance" like most other dealers. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and I felt like they really cared about "me" and not just making a sale. Thank you so much Richard and Lafontaine! I will never go anywhere else and have recommended you to my friends and family.

Both my husband and I left the dealership feeling that we had the most pleasant car purchase transaction that we had ever experienced. Richard was helpful and knowledgeable - but not too pushy. He has since followed through on every promise made. Jamin was also very professional and helpful. All in all, it was great and we have already told several friends about the dealership and sales staff.

I bought a great used car. It had some hidden problems which showed up a couple of days later. Kyle, John, Mark, and Andy worked with me persistently to find the source of the problem. They fixed it so that the car is a great quality vehicle. Thanks guys!

From the first phone call I made inquiring about a car I had seen on their website to driving off the lot in it a few days later, Jason was professional, helpful, easy to work with and made the process fun. It actually seemed almost too easy, I knew what I wanted and as a business owner and mother of five, I don't have time to waste. Jason took care of everything, I will be buying my future cars from him.

I have attemped to deal with differnt car dealers and i should have just went to LaFontaine auto from the get go. Jason made this a wonderful experence for me and the group of sales people that work there made it very stress free for me almost like dealing with family I have never felt so comfortable I will make sure that all my family and friends that are looking to get a new car/truck make that their first stop thanks for all the help jason you have put a big smile on my face.

The guys were great! They worked with me so that I could find the car I really wanted within the price range that I wanted. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealer! Jason and Mike were truely good people and I would send any of my friends and family to see them in the future!
