When LaFontaine says they offer a family deal, they're not kidding. From the first phone call to Nick Zaborski to the actual purchase of my new Jeep Liberty, we were treated like family. Nick was extremely helpful and never pushy. Knowing it was hard for me to let go of my much-loved 12 year old car, Nick made sure to find a replacement that made me extremely happy, one that I'm sure I'll love for the next 12 years. I'm very grateful and would recommend Nick and LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anyone.

I’ve purchased seven cars from five dealers since being able to drive. Absolutely hands down this was the best car buying experience of them all. I told Josh Cooley what I was looking for in a used vehicle and what I could afford. He delivered in every way. Josh found my car the same day and worked his tail off to get me the best price possible. A few days later I went in for my test drive and loved the ride. Kevin in the finance department was lightning fast and I was out the door with my car in about an hour. Simply amazing!

Everything about my experience at Lafontaine was excellent. I knew exactly what I wanted and that was not easy to find. And Joey did absolutely everything he could to get me the exact car that I wanted and at a deal. He called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on and how long this would take. He was very friendly, helpful and on top of it. Definetly recommend to eveyone looking to purchase a car to call Joey!!

Chris met me outside. Very friendly smile and non pushy.
This is a very hard thing for me to spend money and Chris made the experience better.

My Review of LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
Very pushy. None of these guys knows how to tell the truth. Overheard one of the guys talking about me about something that never happened to make himself look better because he lied!!!! Rome tried to give me a very high intrest rate saying the credit wasnt good (but its fine!) from the beginning and once I said I was going elsewhere he lowered it 2pts and stated it was a "weekend special" all of a sudden! Salesman tried to increase the price by $500 stating that I loose a rebate but I shopped other dealerships before yours and I infact did not loose it if I purchaced. Went to another dealership and they matched your deal and said there was not a problem with the credit and it was good and I got the good rate from the start. The whole thing felt very shaddy from your dealership. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Very bad experiance.
