My Review of Ladd-Hanford Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep Mazda:
We went to Ladd Hanford to purchase a new car because I had purchased a used truck from them about a year before and my salesmen was Bill Wentzel.I had visited other dealers in the area, but I received the best trade in value for my trade in at Ladd's. At that time Bill was very helpful and professional in finding me the truck that I was looking for. A few months after I purchased it I had an issue with it making a noise in the front end. I took it to the service department and they did the needed repairs and covered it under warranty. So when we began our search for a new car we remembered the good service from Bill Wentzel and the service team. This time Bill went above and beyond working with us to find the right car to meet our needs. We changed our minds many times on the model, the color and the options we wanted. But Bill did not seem to mind all the changes we made, but just kept a positive attitude and did not quit until we found the car we wanted. a Chrysler 200, we love it. So thank you Bill and we will be back.

Ladd-Hanford was wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond to all of my email questions. They were willing to work with me to find me the specific car I was looking for down to color and specs and called me within 20 minutes of the car appearing on the lot. Everyone was very friendly and I had such a better experience with them than at other Mazda dealerships I had been in contact with. They were not pushy when it came to purchasing a car. I was happy with the prices they were offering especially on the hard to find car and on my little seen better days trade in. They were upfront with me and I will always go back to Ladd-Hanford and I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick was a great salesman from start to finish. From the initial visit, he greeted us warmly and made us feel comfortable, with no high pressure sales tactics. He was very flexible in meeting our schedule and even came into the dealership on his day off so that he could be there to finalize the purchase of our vehicle. He made sure that it was in tip top shape on the day of delivery and even called a few days later to make sure that we were satisfied with the purchase. I would recommend Nick to anyone in the market for a vehicle. His warm and friendly personality, along with his commitment to excellent customer service would bring us back for our next vehicle purchase.

I started my search looking for a new car online. I requested more information and wanted to schedule a test drive. Nicholas was very prompt in answering my questions and arranging for the test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted warmly. I never felt pressured. I greatly appreciated the help with financing. Everything was explained well. After the sale was complete, I continued to email Nicholas questions who was still very prompt, curteous, and helpful despite the sale transaction already being complete. It was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. I would definitely recommend Ladd-Handford to family and friends. I also will be returning to purchase another car in the future.

We were promptly greeted upon arriving at Ladd Hanford. Scott Keath was our sales associate. We were fairly certain what we wanted Scott was able to help. He took us on a test drive in a 2012 Jeep Compass and the test drive sold us. He was not pushy, but was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the workings of the dealership and the car buying process. Without him, I'm not sure we would have been as confident about our purchase as we were. He and the rst of the staff were very professional and we are very satisfied with our experience.

My Review of Ladd-Hanford Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep Mazda:
I have found that one of the worst & most stress filled experiences in life is shopping for a car. When I walk into a dealership my thoughts are - no matter what my sales person says - it is probably a lie. Maybe that is too strong of a word. At best - an exageration!

My experience with Bill Ehrgood completely took me off guard. He truly was the most congenial car salesman I ever met. As we conversed - I started to get the feeling he was more concerned about what I wanted in a vehicle - what my interests were & even what I expected in my trade-in.

Ladd Hanford was my last stop after trying to deal with four other Jeep dealerships. I still had two other dealerships on my list to visit. I did not want to continue my quest for the better deal after working with Bill. I feel he went far & beyond what I ever experienced before in car shopping. My gut told me I will never be more satisfied with the numbers he came up with. Even during the time it took to run my credit, fill the paper work, etc. - I enjoyed our conversations about family, hobbies, & regular everyday life. I felt Bill Ehrgood was more of a normal, regular guy than a 'bottom of the food chain' - car salesman. Truly sincere!

That said - I will put this dealership on my 'A' list. If you have other sales persons like this one - you are very fortunate.

My Review of Ladd-Hanford Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep Mazda:
Bill Ehrgood is the most pleasant and personable salesman I have ever dealt with. My wife and I are pleased with our purchase. There was a problem with the used car the day after purchase but Mr. Ehrgood made sure it was taken care of quickly and with minimum stress on us. The srevice department was quick to diagnose and get the proper parts in to repair our car. Only complaint we have is the sevice department counter needs to work on their customer service approach. No names but certain counter person has a poor attitude and deals with customers in said manner
