My Review of Ladd-Hanford Kia:
In all I have had a great experience. There were only a couple of things. First when I was going over numbers for a payment, I hade been quoted a payment of 384 and change. I opted to do the Zurich treatment and was told it was only 8 dollars more a month. When I went to sign the papers, my payment had gone up to around 424 a month. I think that I should have had some type of discussion prior to meeting the finance team on what my payments would be if I added this and that in. I just felt totally overwhelmed and was not prepared for the amount, that was a total of 40 dollars more than what I had originally been told, and I still ended up being 20+ dollars more than I was originally told. Also when I made the appointment to get the treatment done, I was told that I would get a loaner for the day. When I arrived, I felt that it had been forgotten, no car was ready. I was given a car that I had to fill, I made it 2 miles before the gas light came on. I was reembursed for the gas I put in, but again I was forgotten about, due to no car being ready and he had to find one for me. There were 2 spots on the car on the inside that had needed to be addressed. I pointed them out and when I got the car back and got home to look them over, the one Mike had told me that they were unable to remove. These spots were present on purchase. He said that if need, we could replace the upholstery. At no time did he mention about setting up an appointment to have it done, just that it could be done if needed. Also, there was one spot that was still present on the read passenger door on the drivers side. I just think, that if a spot was unable to be removed and I have the Zurich treatment applied, I should have had the opportunity to set the appointment up. I sort of felt rushed at the end of thsi visit. Otherwise, I have had a great experience thus far with the purchase of my car.

Mike stayed late and waited for us to get there to pick up the new car, he also spent plenty of time showing us all the features.he also made sure the car was ready and preped when we got there.

My Review of Ladd-Hanford Kia:
Chad was very knowledgeable in the different trim levels and features on the the Kia Optima I was interested in. I feel I was better able to make a decision about the right trim for myself with some of the recommendation he provided. It was definitely a great purchasing experience and would recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone looking at getting a new car.

I would like to say that the experiance i had at kia in lebanon was wonderful! Chad was very helpful. I explained what i wanted n how much money i wanted to spend, and he didnt waste any time. Chad was fantastic!
He kept his word and was very thorough. We never felt skeptical about his sincerity. Chad came in to the dealership on his day off with his son to be sure we were attended to as he told us we would be. We were unaware of this until afterwards through another salesman. I would recommend Chad to anyone, its too bad he only has one brand to represent.
As a fellow veteran, Chad represents us very well.

My Review of Ladd-Hanford Kia:
I worked with Chad by through emailing back and forth. I was speaking with two other dealers at the time. I was able to get a quote from another dealer that was further away and I took it to Chad who matched the deal. It was nice because Ladd Hanford is just minutes from where I live.

I think he has a great personality and is very easy going and fun to be around. I purchased my first brand new car approximately 7 years earlier and was not pleased with the experience and definately wouldn't recommend the dealer or salesman. I would have to say this was a great experience and would suggest Chad as well as the dealership!

Thanks for everyones assistance with the purchase of my new Kia Optima!

FYI- Even after I purchased my car and everything was said and done, they still assisted me with little extras like transferring my old car into someone else's name and getting me quotes on accessories.
