My Review of Lafayette Ford:
I took my wife's mini-van there over a dozen times for warranty service only to be told they can't duplicate the problem. One day after the warranty ran out a Major Ford Dealer tried to charge my wife $2600 to make the repair for the transmission problem I had complained about to Lafayette Ford over a dozen times. After a lawsuit (which included re-establishing the warranty) Lafayette Ford again (you guessed it) couldn't duplicate the problem. Come to find out they never even ran the test in accordance with Ford's own TSBs on the known transmission problem. The van has been in their service department "under warranty" for over a year. You've been warned, enough said!

My Review of Lafayette Ford:
horrible customer service, had to talk directly with owner of dealership for the service department to get off their butts and fix the parts on my car that they broke while it was in service, 2 trips through at a minimum of 2 weeks a peace car is still running worse that when i dropped it off. this is not a prank avoid lafayette at all costs
