My Review of Lake Manawa KIA:
Our over-all experience was pleasant and the sales person very friendly and helpful. We went to look at new Kia's but did not make a purchase as we have not made a final decision. We will continue to look until we find the right car, but Lake Manawa is definitely still in the running. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. No problems at all.

My expierence was great. I had no problems. I love my Kia. Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Very eduacated salesman. Very nice. I will definitly come back to this dealership and recommend the dealership to everyone I know! Service department is GREAT and I got 3 years free oil changes! Very pleased. Thanks Lake Manawa!!!

Very polite, professional and curteous. I felt the customer service and over all friendliness was exceptional. I was very comfortable dealing with the sales person and felt they were truly looking out for my best interest. My over all experience was positive and I have already recommended this dealership to family and friends. I will go back here again when looking for my next car.

My Review of Lake Manawa KIA:
Horrendous! Avoid at all costs. I went to purchase a Spectra. They need me to sign various "mutual agreements" even before talking about the price or what I need. They wanted me to sign a "I will sign to purchase the car today" statement even before talking about the price and availability of the car. When I refused, the salesman called the manager who tried to intimidate and virtually threaten me. When I started leaving the dealership, he still came after me yelling about how he would beat any price from the other dealer I talked. Never, ever go to this dealership even if you get the "best deal" (as they'd tell you over the phone). If you went, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you are 200% sure that's what you want. Read everything they give you (even business cards) very carefully. You wouldn't know until you are trapped, which will happen within minutes.
