My Review of Lake Manawa Nissan Kia:
After doing considerable research and experiencing heavy pressure and promises from other dealers, I chose to go to Lake Manawa Nissan. I had heard good things about them and decided to give them a try. From the very first email, I began working with Rob Davidson. Never once did I feel pressured or was I buried in emails telling me I needed to decide now. He truly worked with me and took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for in both a vehicle and price. The day I went to look, was the day I found my beautiful 2007 KIA Sorrento. It was exactly what I was looking for but I was concerned about financing. Rob never settled for anything less and met my every expectations and then some. From the moment I made the decision to purchase this vehicle the process went smoothly and Rob was with me through the entire process. I never once felt pressured or like this was my only option. Rob Davidson acted more like a friend than a salesman. Lake Manawa Nissan has a real down to earth individual in Rob Davidson. An individual who can successfully meet and exceed every customer's needs without leaving them feeling as though they had to make sacrifices in satisfaction. My Review of Lake Manawa Nissan Kia:
I had a great experience buying my car. I started with a phone call before I droove all the way over to Council Bluffs from west Omaha. Teddy called me back and gave me a couple of options and offered to let me take the car home for a night. 1 night turned into 2, but it certainly helped me make my decision. They did what they had to do to stay within my budget but also get me a car that would fit my needs. The financing was a peice of cake and only took about 30 minutes. Everyone at the dealership was honest, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I will be back!

My Review of Lake Manawa Nissan Kia:
Teddy Graybill was an outstanding salesperson. We originally contacted him regarding a used Nissan Rogue we saw online. I was out of town and by the time I came back the vehicle had been sold. Teddy creatively found a way to get me into a new Rogue and kept the price at one I was comfortable with. It was a better price than any other dealer would give me. He's upfront and worked hard to come to the terms I needed on the purchase. He was diligent in making sure all I needed was taken care of even though some required some creative solutions on his part. Look over your docs carefully but if there are any discrepancies, Teddy will make sure it gets straightened out. LOVE my Rogue and LOVE Teddy. Giving Teddy an A+++

Ben called me several times after looking at cars online. He was very professional and I could hear his smile as he spoke to me. Even though I had gone to the same dealership a week before and was told I needed money down, etc., Ben convinced me to come see him personally, so I did. He understood my financial situation and we worked out a plan. At no time did he make me feel like he was a "car salesman" and only wanting a commission.
I am very happy with my KIA Rio, Thank you Ben!

My Review of Lake Manawa Nissan Kia:
We were looking for a used vehicle and had looked around at several different dealerships. When we got to Nissan Kia we were greeted right away by Antonio. We could not have been happier. Antonio helped us look at a lot of different vehicles that we were interested in and went on a lot of test drives with us. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Once we had made the decision on an 09 Nissan Altima, Antonio made sure that we got the price we were looking for and ensured every detail we wanted was met. He was an outstanding salesperson and I would definitely recommend him and use him again. We got a great deal on our trade-in as well. I was really happy with our experience and am in love with our purchase. Thanks Antonio and Nissan Kia for our great new used car.

My Review of Lake Manawa Nissan Kia:
Having purchased three cars from Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia, we felt very comfortable doing it again. But I have to say, this was by far the best and easiest purchase we have made yet. If Clint is not the best car salesman we have ever met, we would love to meet the person that is. He spent several hours with us, and was very helpful in helping us decide what it was that we were looking for. He uses no pressure tactics, and his sense of humor made what can be a stressful experience into a fun experience. We would definitely buy another car there, and we would recommend Clint to any of our friends!

My Review of Lake Manawa Nissan Kia:
I was researching car options for my son and called Lake Manawa Kia for some information. Antonio Rodriguez was so impressive over the phone that I cancelled the appointment I had scheduled with a competing car dealership and opted to drive 10 miles further to Council Bluffs. I am so glad that I did. Antonio was knowledgeable, accommodating and was enjoyable to work with. We decided to purchase new rather than used. Joe Hellman assisted us with putting the deal together. I feel that we got a fair price and he went out of his way for us when it came to customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would highly recommend working with Antonio and with Joe. Due to their integrity and genuine willingness to work with us we decided purchase the car without visiting any other dealerships.

I walked in during a big sale Lake Manawa was advertising and worked with Teddy G. I bought a new Kia, definetly not my first and for sure not my last Kia. Teddy was friendly and I think the deal was pretty good. I would refer people to this dealership.

The vehicle was great. The sales people were easy to work with and understood my needs and responded accordingly. It is one of the best car sales experience that I have ever had. It was easy to do business with this dealership and the treat you like family. They have my complete trust and cofidence and that is hard for me to say about a car dealership.
