For a first time buyer this was a fantastic place to go. I was greeted promptly when I entered the door and directed straight to Tony to help me out. I had some specific things that I needed in a car, and it was a pretty tight budget, but even despite all of that they were able to help me out. Tony was friendly, polite, and willing to work with me on what I wanted - he even managed to pick out a car with a body and feel that I love without even being told that I preferred boxier cars! After that when we got to the financing part Brian was amazing, and got me the best deal possible. Granted, it was pricier than I was hoping I would have to pay, but for a girl just around college age buying a first car it's not a bad payment schedule in the slightest. Overall I was very happy with the service they provided, and would definitely recommend them to others.

This was my easiest, best experience yet in purchasing a vehicle. This is my 3rd car from Lake Norman, my 2nd Challenger. I was ready to upgrade from my first Challenger, and Mark made my process easy and without pressure. He made sure we explored all our options, and was very thorough and helpful, with lots of information. He listened to my needs and made sure I got what I wanted. I am very pleased with Lake Norman Chrysler, and recommend Mark for any of your Mopar needs.

We were very pleased with the attention given to us by Christine Campo. She was very informative and patiently stayed with us when my husband and I were trying to negotiate the final sale price. She explained in detail all the new features of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. This past weekend we returned the Jeep to Christine because it needed a minor repair. Christine went over and above what was expected in making sure that the work was completed and we again experienced a pleasant visit to the Lake Norman dealership.

This was my first brand new car! I told Nathan York what I was looking for and he was very knowledgeable and took me to exactly what I was looking for. He got me what I want even though the price was a little more then I originally wanted to pay, I'm extremely happy with the car. I will recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a car. I do have a couple things need attention on the car and he has already communicated back to me about getting those taken care of.

Our experience at Lake Norman was excellent. Ken was a wonderful salesman. He was very informative and helpful. We never once felt pressured to buy or pressured to look at anything other than what we were interested in. Russell was very helpful in the buying process. He helped to make things simple. Christina was a wonderful finance manager. She made the paper signing process very easy and enjoyable. All the employees at Lake Norman were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Lake Norman to family and friends. I will most likely use them again in the purchase of any future car purchases.

Worked with Brian and no games he showed me everything and answered all my questions very easy to deal with got me better financing and other add on's without impacting my monthly payments
