My Review of Lake Wylie Chrysler Jeep Dodge,:
This rating is due to poor sales service on providing an estimate / appraisal for my car. I stopped in and expressed an interest to buy a 2006 PT Cruiser. The sales person was helpful at that time. I mentioned I would like to trade my Lexus and would need a fair trade in price to consider going forward. I scheduled a time on Saturday for the appraisal to be done. Arriving I found that additional paper work needed to be completed, current financing information to verify payoff. After about 30 minutes of this I asked for my keys back, stood up and started to leave. I successfully walked past the first sales bully and out of the door. Free and clear, not on your life! Next I hear someone shouting not to slam the door. This would have been difficult to do because the first sales person was still holding the door. I surmised that the second person was still trying to delay my departure or was looking for a confrontation (not a good sales approach I might add). Bottom line is I will never ever buy from this dealership and I will not recommend it as well.
