I had the most miraculous sales experience at Lamoureux Ford. I had gone to have my winter tires taken off and my summer tires (which I had bought new at Lamoureux) put on and balanced. After completing that, the mechanic came out to me and explained that the bottom of my l999 Ford Countor was nearly completely rusted and that the car would not be safe to drive for much longer. I was not able to breath. Now what? Well, Bob Parker, in a soft voice asked if he could be of some help. Bob Parker must be one of the reasons why Lamoureux has such a following. He was a real mover and a shaker. He and I sat at his desk and discussed all kinds of possibilities. We then decided that I would think about it all and return the next day. There was no pressure, no luring, no pitches, or "if you don't act now.....", it was simply can I help you. I came in the following day having narrowed my choices between the Focus and the Fusion. Bob was patient enough to take me on three test drives. He then spoke of a "new" Ford Fusion which he thought might be a good choice for me. It was a 2012 with 10,000 mi. on it, grey with black leather interior which was just what I had told him I wanted. Bob was both professional and kind. He soon learned that my sense of humor is somewhat quirky and he became relaxed and quirky too. I had a new best friend. Mr. Lamoureux and his son both came to thank me for my purchase, and I had a very nice experience with Pete Stafford who explalined all the financing information. I would most gladly recommend both this dealership and Bob for their fine service, their honesty, and the help they extend to their customers. I have several new friends whom I would most certainly recommend to others and hope that such service and warmth be extended to their customers for years to come. Congratulations, I had such a great experience! I intend to have all my service done by Lamoureux not only because I trust whatever they feel is necessary, but, to see my friends again if only to say hi!!

All of the folks at Lamoureux treated us as old friends and honored guests.

Their service is second to none, selection of new and used cars are outstanding and their prices are quite fair.

The pride their employees take in their business is quite evident the moment you walk in. The service area is spotless, the staff quite knowledgable and there was no pressure at all. Personally, I despise the negotiation portion of car buying, but there were no tricks, no pressure or no angst when negotiating with Lamoureux.

The internet is updated continuously and Derek, the internet manager is willing to work for and with you to ensure that you are satisfied.

They want repeat customers, not a quick buck. We live 70 miles away and I will do all of my future car buying with them.

Lamoureux Ford was referred to us by a friend and has proved to be a great fit for us. They offered us a fair trade value for our car and a very competitive purchase price on our new vehicle. Once again a very pleasant buying experience..Koko finding us the right vehicle and Peter the financing and freindly both were very professional explaining everthing ..even setting up the Blue Tooth with a demo..for two non tech Savy people..very helpful. The best car buying experience ever. No pressure. No bait and switch like Herb Chambers. I highly recommend both Derek Bachand and Lamoureux Ford. They were honest and straight forward in their dealings with me. I did not buy an expensive model and I was still treated with respect by all at Lamoureux Ford. It will be the first place I go to for my next new vehicle.

I recently purchased a GORGEOUS 2013 explorer sport edition from Lamoureux Ford. John boxshus went above and beyond to accomodate and put me at ease with what I am used too in dealing with the "new car purchase experience". I spent months test driving every luxury suv imagineable...yet as I drove the roads to work on a daily basis I kept seeing something that caught my eye...the explorer. I decided to stop by the ford dealership in Spencer and went for a test drive. I loved it instanlty. John and I sat and built my car together. More power, and a sportier unique look is what I wanted. He made sure i got all the bells and whistles the others provided, but the best part was almost all options came standard in my sport! I feel I received all I could ask for at a price I found very appealing instead of adding thousands for every option at other dealerships. Bottom line is, customer service in PERSON is at its best at lamoureaux, forget Internet shopping for a car!

We recently purchased a used car from Don "Guz" Gaudette at Lamoureux Ford in East Brookfield,MA What a pleasure it was having him help us. We bought our last vehicle 13 years ago and dreaded going to a dealership.Guz made the whole experience very enjoyable.
