My Review of Land Rover Birmingham/Tom Williams Land Rover:
Absolutely terrible service - they don't call you back - don't take responsibility - and are way overpriced. Stay away if possible. This dealer is an embarrasment to BMW, Porsche, and Land Rover. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Land Rover Birmingham/Tom Williams Land Rover:
I bought my Land Rover in Atlanta and had a great experience. I live in Birmingham so I had to take it to Tom Williams to get it serviced. Repeatedly I was told over the phone that when I brought my car in for my service appointment, I would be given a car to drive. Every time I arrived at the dealership, I was told there were no more cars and I would have to wait for them to take me to work. This happened several times. The one time they actually gave me a car to drive they dropped it off in the parking lot at my office. After work I got in the car and didn't make it out of the parking lot before it died. I called Tom Williams and they told me it was out of gas! Believe it or not, this happened a second time when I dropped off my car and they had to bring me to work. On the way to my office, the car that we were in ran out of gas and we had to wait an hour for someone to come get us. They have the worst customer service of any place I have ever dealt with and I am getting rid of my Land Rover because there is no other dealers in the area and I refuse to go back to Tom Williams. Stay far, far away!!!!
