My Review of Land Rover Denver East:
I brought my vehicle in for a service order. I was told that the only time they could start diagnostics was about 4 days away. I agreed, but asked if they had any cars (i.e. loaner) available. I was told by Sam that they would have a loaner on the day they started work on my vehicle. So, I call back on the day of service and was told by Sam that they did not have any loaners or cars for me to use. I repeated what she said to me only 4 days before. She replied that since I did not authorize them to work on my car to be repaired before the day she scheduled, I forfeited my loaner! During this initial conversation, Sam was rude and talked over me instead of listening to me, the customer. She did not hear one word I said because she was too busy talking at the same time I was speaking. Basically, she told me that she could not do anything for me. I am disappointed with Landrover Denver East. This is landrover not diahatsu! I left a message for the service manager, Steve, to call me and he has not returned my call.

The service was about $2000 for poor customer service and no results/options from the rep and the manager!
