very pleasant experience unlike many other dealers. no pressure on buyer. no sales games like no returning keys of trade in. took 2 phone calls with Richard to get some details and set an appointment. took about 2 hours to get in and out with a new car - new record for me. very friendly place. was introduced to the service manager for future services which was a nice touch. overall - happy with the process and the car.
