I called this dealer about a car that they had on their site. David called me back and answered all my questions. He was very informative and knew alot about the veh. He was not puhy t0 buy the car just very helpfull. Based on that call I made an appointment and visited the dealer. David helped us order a new veh with the options that my wife and I wanted. It was a very good experence and one I would recomend to any one looking for a Jeep.

I was searching on the internet for a new ram pickup and located one that fit my needs on Lansdale Chrysler's internet site. I called to ask for more info, and made contact with Pat Talarico. He was very helpful from the start. I was out of state and would be for approx a week. I kept in touch with Pat and when I returned home set up an appointment to see the veh and have my trade appraised. When I arrived I met Pat and we sat down and talked while they viewed my trade. Their veh was sitting out front ready to go. I felt very comfortable with the people I met, and all questions I had were answered in a very detailed manner. Their knowledge of the vehicle and options was excellent. The whole experience was very professional, yet friendly. I would recommend this dealership, and especially the salesman, Pat to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Greg Seip was responsive to my questions and concerns in attempting to find the vehicle I wanted. When we realized the best way for me to get exactly what I was looking for was by ordering it, I placed the order and waited for the vehicle to arrive. Delivery was flawless, including financing, and I am very pleased with the service I received from Greg and Lansdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The sales associate promptly answered all my questions by e-mail prior to the sale in a professional manner. There were no pressure tactics which was very important to me; otherwise, I would have gone to another dealer. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle and trade-in without any hassle. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchase (start to finish). Also, the dealership did not apply any pressure tactics to purchase an extended warranty which meant a lot to me.

Overall, the entire purchase was a pleasureable experience and I would definitely recommend the dealership and sales associate to my friends. Hopefully, I will be a repeat customer in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Lansdale Chrysler Jeep dealership. I was well taken care of by every department, from sales & ordering to the service contract and through my first regularly scheduled maintenance, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. When someone rear ended my new Jeep (!) I naturally called the dealership and learned that they have a body shop as well. They did an estimate, faxed it to the insurance company, and performed the work.

I actually walked from the service department over to the salesman who sold me my Jeep to ask him how I could commend him and his company. He then gave me the link to this website.

All in all, I am a very satisfied Jeep customer at Lansdale Chrysler Jeep.

This is the 5th or 6th car we have purchased from Lansdale Chrylser Jeep. It is the first place we look. We always say we are going to look at other makes of cars but we never look at any other store. Ed Campbell is a great sales associate. We love working with him to secure our cars. The entire staff at LCJ are very easy to work with when trying to secure a car and financing. We love the service departmentment also. Thank you for making a major purchase very enjoyable.
