I had a sunroof issue and took it back to them 4 times. I would get the car back for 2 days then had to take it back in and they kept it for a week. That cycle kept going on for 4 weeks. My sunroof is still broken, however it is worse then it was when i originally brought it to them. My sunroof is stuck open and it leaks whenever it rains/ snows. I have to have a plastic cover on it now and I can’t even use it unless I take the plastic cover off. It’s more of a pain in the xxx to keep taking it back every week for the same issue as it is to just leave it broken. More

I dropped off my car for a check engine light, with an appointment, and had some difficulty actually speaking with my service advisor. Contrary to many of the comments, it was my fault, as I missed two of appointment, and had some difficulty actually speaking with my service advisor. The repairs were more than I was wanting to pay, but Ivan took care of me and made sure I was good to go and that my car was fixed right. I would recommend them, but, be aware that along with everything else, service prices have gone up a bit too. But that is no fault of theirs. More
