Very disappointed with the service department. I took my jeep in for an oil change and the check engine light was on. I assumed this was due to the oil change being needed. When picking up the I took my jeep in for an oil change and the check engine light was on. I assumed this was due to the oil change being needed. When picking up the car I asked about the light and was advised that the light would not be on for an oil change. The service tech at the counter advised that they could not tell me what the light was for because the diagnostic team was out and I would need to schedule another appointment to bring the jeep back. Seriously? I drove to Auto Zone where the employee was able to diagnose the issue in less than 10 minutes (for free). The service department was clearly not going to do more than the absolute bare minimum. They were not going to check the issue or say a word to me about it. My husband has a Toyota that he takes for service at the Toyota dealership and they always check any dash lights, fluid levels and clean his vehicle. The service department here could not care less about customer service and couldn’t bother themselves with checking an engine light that AutoZone literally did in 10 minutes. I gave a 2 star rating because they did change the oil (after a 2 hour wait even with an appointment). Do better for your customers. Show some care for the customers who patron your business. I, however, will no longer be one. More

The only thing they do, and Apparently, honestly, is the repair. I dropped my jeep off before going on Vacation for a week. My Jeep Wrangler had 3/4 tank gas, carefully noted, and had 70,050 ish mileage. W repair. I dropped my jeep off before going on Vacation for a week. My Jeep Wrangler had 3/4 tank gas, carefully noted, and had 70,050 ish mileage. When picking up my repaired Jeep, it had 1/4 tank gasoline and 70,110 ish miles on it. No one explained that my Jeep would need to be taken on an extensive "test drive" nor need to Use 1/2 tank of my gas. I called the General Mgr., "Mike," who reassured he'd try to make it right, but what he did was hand it to the Service Dept. Mgr, Wesley, who returned my call telling me he was "suspicious" of my report, basically accusing ME of Lying about it ( am NOT LYING ABOUT THIS INCIDENT) and deflected the Bad, Dishonest, Unethical behavior of his department by accusing me back. These allegations are Not Lies. It is the absolute Truth. This dealership is now 100% DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, and DEFLECTIVE of what They themselves committed, namingly, Stealing my gasoline, taking my Jeep unethically for a joy ride knowing my Jeep would be there a week while I was out of town, with the Service Dept. Manager deflecting responsibility, stating, "It's not customary for us to do that." Yet, he would not look into his staff to find out who drove my jeep around using 1/2 tank of my gas, not replacing it. While they have done repairs of tire, and repaired my ABS light adequately, the rest about them is DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEEP THERE. More
