My husband and I had a great experience at Larry H Miller Toyota dealership from start to finish. For the first time in years we had a great sales representative names Luis Vargas (make sure to ask for him) Toyota dealership from start to finish. For the first time in years we had a great sales representative names Luis Vargas (make sure to ask for him) He immediately helped us out over the phone sent us a video and pictures of the vehicle we were interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable in all the vehicles . We came into the dealership no one rushed us and tried to immediately hassle with us. Luis was very helpful and cool to talk to the entire time he treated us like actual people and listened to our every concern and interest we had . We've been to 4 other dealerships including crown Toyota , & Toyota Claremont where we by far had the absolute worst experience with the sales reps and entire staff at Claremont Toyota . Luis Vargas did not once treat us poorly or not serious given the fact that my husband and I were a young couple. Everyone in the entire dealership was friendly helpful and we were able to walk off the lot with a great deal on a 4Runner ! The finance gentleman named Jeff that helped us out was so amazing from start to finish as well. I typically hate even going into dealerships to inquire these days given the way the market is and how the reps talk to potential customers Rudely especially at Claremont Toyota but Luis Vargas , his sales managers and Jeff from finance all helped us out so much and the whole process only took 2- 2 1/2 hrs. If you're looking for the perfect place to get a great car with a great experience this is the best place to go! We've been from San Diego all the way to Santa Barbara looking dealership to dealership and no place took care of us like here ! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE L.H MILLER TOYOTA TEAM !!
