My Review Of Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray:

I am very pleased with my experiences at LHM Toyota. They have always been friendly and helpful. When I was there a few times ago I had a broken antenna and the serviceman said he had an x-tra, and just popped it on there for me at no charge. I have always been pleased, especially when I can come in there when I have my dogs with me. They are a pet friendly location. They have never turned my dogs away. Thanks for all you do! Ruff! Ruff!

My Review Of Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray:

I had purchased my 2009 Toyota Corolla new from Larry H. Miller. On May 1, 2013, my check light engine was turned on. Unfortunately, the Service Department at Larry H. Miller was closed, so I ventured to the AutoZone near by. One of the employees said one of my coils was bad, so I purchased one. He then offered to replace it on his own time because the store was busy. He agreed to meet me at my place of employment the next day. I agreed. He met me as stated and he had my vehicle for about an hour. He returned to say the coil was fine and he refunded my credit card purchase in full. He said he replaced my spark plugs and the cost of the plugs and his labor would cost me $20.00. I gave him $25.00 cash. I then had my Safety and Emissions tests as required a few weeks later. The mechanic said one of my coils was bad. He was surprised to hear that my spark plugs were replaced because he said they are good for 100,000 miles. Subsequently, I went back to AutoZone and this employee told me that the coil part was not available and that I should order it from the Dealership and he again offered to replace the coil for me. I went to the Dealership to order the part and I talked to Rich. I told him about my situation. He too said the spark plugs would last me for 100,000 miles. Rich was an outstanding employee and he provided excellent customer service. I purchased a wiper blade for my vehicle. I asked if I should take it to the Service Department to have them place it on. Rich said no and that he would place it on for me and he did promptly. Rich was amicable and extremely professional. After talking to Rich, I became concerned about this AutoZone employee. This AutoZone employee then called me to ask when he can come by my place of employment to install it. I said I will go to the Dealership first. I called Rich because I trusted him. He recommended that I come to the dealership and he would have a Service Manger call me. Within minutes, Greg called me. I explained my frustration to him and he listened attentively. He advised that I come in and he will run the diagnosis at no cost to me. On May 16, 2013, I met Greg at my scheduled appointment. Minutes later, he informed me that the spark plugs were factory originals and that they were not replaced. He too said the spark plugs were good for 100,000 miles. He said had the AutoZone employee replaced the spark plugs with incorrect ones, that my vehicle would have been damaged as a result. After the diagnosis, Greg said one of my coils needed to be replaced. As agreed, the diagnosis was at no cost to me. I was extremely pleased with Greg's kindness and sincere concern to help me. He listened, empathized, informed me, and, most importantly, he kept his word. I was extremely pleased to see the overall trust and teamwork that Rich and Greg shared and displayed. I will certainly return to Larry H. Miller Toyota because of excellent and honest employees like Rich and Greg. I would also recommend that my family and friends also come to this Dealer as well. My Review Of Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray:

I took my 2010 Corolla into Larry H Miller Toyota to have the oil changed and they suggested they perform maintenance not recommended by Toyota. My car had 35K miles at the time of service. They were recommending that I have my coolant changed and flushed which Toyota recommends at 10 years 120,000 miles and also have my transmission fluid flushed and changed which Toyota NEVER recommends unless you tow a trailer. Both services would have cost me hundreds of dollars. The employee stated he recommended them for severe duty usage. The car was from Florida (Which the employee had stated earlier),that's about as non severe environment that I could possibly imagine. They were also trying to talk me into a service package that included a bunch of unnecessary maintenance not listed in the service manual which was also well over $100. Stay away from them for service, unless you don't mind getting ripped off!

Here is the recommended service for 35,000 miles or 42 months according to Toyota not Larry H Miller.


Replace engine oil and filter (1)
Rotate tires
Visually inspect brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs

Additional Maintenance Items for Special Operating Conditions:

Driving While Towing
Tighten nuts and bolts on chassis and body
Driving on Dirt Roads or Dusty Roads
Inspect ball joints and dust covers
Inspect drive shaft boots
Inspect engine air filter
Inspect steering linkage and boots
Tighten nuts and bolts on chassis and body

Applicable Footnotes:
(1) Reset the oil replacement reminder light ("MAINT REQD") or the message "OIL MAINTENANCE REQUIRED" on the multi-information display after engine oil replacement.

My Review Of Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray:

I have leased 4 vehicles now from Larry H Miller Toyota Murray and have appreciated the sales approach by David Voyles. With the recent lease of the Prius David organised all the follow up promises of having the window tint applied at the same time as the century pack. He organised a courtesy car at my request for the day without any difficulty.

David is always readily available to answer any questions and assist in whatever way we can.We were happy with the price agreed for the lease and up to now we have never had any problems with any aspect of sales and service from this dealership. We pass several other Toyota dealers from home to Larry H Miller Murray and will continue to service our cars at the Murray location.

Dennis helped me And was wonderful to work with We decided on test driving A 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid And got a reasonable price for it. Later Steve Had let me know After about a week That they couldn't do the 0 down And Dennis And Steve Got the Toyota dealership To take the loan And now I'm driving my 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid Thanks to these two wonderful people I would recommend them to all my friends that were looking for a new vehicle

KC Is always very friendly helpful and professional. For example, he keeps a dog bowl under his desk just in case you have a thirsty dog with you. This is service above and beyond the call of duty. That is why we keep coming back to Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray all the way from Provo.
