My Review Of Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria:
I wanted to share my recent experience with Larry Miller Toyota yesterday, June 4, 2013. My husband and I and are 3 little ones were greeted by Julyus Rudd. He was extremely nice and had a kind smile. He seemed genuine. We had spent almost 6 hours at Peoria Nissan 2 days prior, and left their dealership frustrated and angry vowing to never go back. We decided to check out the Toyota Tundra and see what they could offer us. So right off the bat, I'm sure Julyus could see our frustration with dealers in general. We didn't want to mess around and haggle for hours on end with our 6 yr old and twin 3 yr olds. The one thing that I immediately liked about Julyus was that when we asked him a question, he didn't lie to us or dance around it if he didn't have the answer. He was HONEST and said, that's a great question, let me find that answer for you. Honesty is hard to come by these days and so is service. So far so good. After explaining the vehicle we wanted, he went to his Sales Mgr, Joseph Villerot, who then came to greet us too. Once we were all on the same page, Julyus found the vehicle and we took it for a spin. Of course, my husband and I loved it. It was a base model of the Tundra CrewCab, but we still loved it. So, then we went back into defense mode because we knew the numbers game would be up next. Again, we did this for hours and hours and Peoria Nissan and got no where. I honestly cannot believe how easy Joe & Julyus made the experience for us. We talked numbers for maybe a max of 30 minutes. Back and forth a little, but came to a great result that we were all extremely happy with. My next step was meeting with Chris Coleman in finance. Usually this is another grueling experience of hard pushed sales with past experiences. Proved me wrong again. Chris had all of my stuff ready, and even offered me the best rates imaginable in comparison to the pre approval I had through my Credit Union. My car was detailed and ready to go and I was all done. The entire process probably took 2 1/2 hours. I am so happy at this point, I can't believe how easy everyone made everything. Even the woman running the front desk was amazing, turning on cartoons for my kids and giving them coloring sets. Every single person we came into contact with that day was kind, caring and eager to give GREAT service. Even as I was heading out the door, Irina Krasnova gave me a gift from Toyota and thanked me for our business with the best smile and personality. Coming from managing a Bank for almost 15 years, service is huge to me. Larry Miller Toyota completely exceeded my expectations and we are happy customers. More importantly, you gained our LOYALTY. Thank you so very much!
