"purchase a 2017 Prius"
We met 4 individuals during our experience at Larry Miller. Shannon Secord was the major contact from sales with Rob Bradshaw in the background. Shannon was personable and willing to answer all questions. One error we made was not driving the vehicle before filling out the paper work. Our 2010 Prius trade-in had the Sirius-Xm connection built into the audio system. We love that service, however the 2017 vehicle did not have that package, thus we would have held off until we would find a vehicle with it. Shannon didn't know if the vehicle had that package or not, however in calling the service dept. the next day ,he said our Prius 2 did not have the package. The truly impressive employee was Mariano in Finances. Truly professional and on his game and a joy to talk with. I would rate both these individuals at 10 or better. The only downer was our error in not being sure the Sirius Xm package was in place, which we might have noticed if we had driven the vehicle and checked the audio package.
The vehicle is a dream to drive, and it will take awhile to figure out all the computer technology, and we have every kind of insurance and maintenance agreement possible, thus we look forward to several years of minimal cost on this vehicle.

Met with Rob Bradshaw. Rob showed us 4 Prius and we picked the one we wanted. The deal was honest and sale process was quick. I spoke with Jay Carley jr. General Manager and told him how happy my wife & I are with the process.
